Voutier Repuestos already sold online, but its Kodear store had frequent outages — it was once down for 12 hours straight — and didn't support search filters by make, model, engine or year, something key for an auto parts ecommerce. That, combined with a checkout that required mandatory login, pushed many customers to abandon their cart and end up buying over WhatsApp.
