Leads scattered across WhatsApp, chatbot and web, with follow-up lost between stages.

Many sales teams manage their leads across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and scattered messages: leads arriving from different sources with nothing centralized, follow-ups falling through the cracks between stages, and no real dashboard to know what's actually working.
